The glass is composed of outer layer (8 + 1.52PVB + 8LOW-E), 12A air layer and inner smart glass (8 + 1.52SGP +8), which can realize free switching between transparent and opaque states and significantly improve the green energy saving coefficient of the project.
The characteristics of the smart glass are fully exerted: when transparent, natural light is introduced to the maximum, the internal space is bright and transparent, and the energy consumption of artificial lighting is reduced; when opaque, strong light and ultraviolet rays are effectively blocked, indoor overheating is avoided, and air conditioning load is reduced. This dynamic adjustment ability can meet the natural lighting and realize the intelligent control of the indoor micro environment.
The outer LOW-E glass and PVB laminated layer enhance thermal insulation performance, and the inner SGP laminated smart glass improves impact resistance and safety, which is suitable for the high requirements of large public buildings on material stability. The large-scale application of 2,000 square meters realizes synchronous state switching through a unified control system, which not only ensures the visual coordination of the lighting roof, but also helps the project to practice the concept of green building with energy-saving characteristics, thus creating an efficient, comfortable and environmentally friendly public space for the citizen center.
