To further enhance quality control standards and strengthen problem prevention and improvement capabilities, Zhuhai Shuifa Singyes New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. organized a specialized training session on the updated version of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). Through a comprehensive curriculum featuring systematic lectures, case studies, and hands-on exercises, the training provided a full-cycle learning experience, injecting professional momentum into the optimization and upgrading of the company’s quality management system.

FMEA is a systematic preventive tool used in product design and manufacturing processes. Shuifa Singyes New Materials places great emphasis on the strategic importance of FMEA within its quality management system. Through comprehensive training for all employees, the company enhances staff’s ability to identify potential failure modes and risks in advance, thereby driving a shift in quality management from “post-event improvement” to “pre-event prevention.”
The training session featured a special presentation by Ms. Wang Chunying, Senior Training and Consulting Engineer at TÜV Rheinland Greater China. The session provided a systematic overview of the specific applications of FMEA during the product design phase (DFMEA) and the process development phase (PFMEA). Drawing on real-world production scenarios, it also offered a comprehensive explanation of the key practical application points for the FMEA quality tool in the automotive-grade product sector.
All participants applied the seven-step FMEA method in practical group exercises based on the training content. Through systematic training, they progressed from merely “understanding” the concepts to “applying them correctly,” gaining a deep understanding of the underlying logic of the new FMEA version. Ultimately, they achieved the advanced goal of “being able to apply” the method, effectively improving their report-writing skills, strengthened risk prevention capabilities, and laid a solid foundation for the company to subsequently optimize product design, standardize production processes, reduce defect rates, and ensure consistent and compliant product quality.
Shuifa Singyes New Materials will use this training as an opportunity to further deepen its understanding of quality management knowledge and the application of related tools, translate the training outcomes into tangible results in our daily work, promote the comprehensive implementation of FMEA across all positions and processes, strengthen our quality control measures, and empower the company to continuously improve its quality management standards.
